Two seperate bedrooms available in a very spacious multi-leveled family home in a nice area of the Quad Cities, IA. One in the basement and the other on the third floor. The house includes 3 seperate shared living room areas, 1 shared kitchen, 1 shared dining room, 1 full, shared bathroom and one shared half bathroom. There is a two car garage, lots of street parking and a spacious fenced in backyard. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The three girls that currently live here are all working professionals. We are in our mid twenties so are looking for two other young women in their mid twenties to move-in. Students looking for a temporary place or anyone looking for longer term would work.
