1 Bed sublease available

Hello I, looking to sublease my apartment from January - End of July. The apartment is shared with 2 other people, both who are students at Iowa State. We tend to keep to ourselves in the apartment, so privacy is kept. There is a bust stop very close by that takes you to campus. And there are lots of stores nearby.

The apartment is 1350 sq ft in size. The bedroom being subleased is a nice size. I am currently using a Queen size bed and have no problems getting around. The room is carpeted and has a closet, a window, along with an Ethernet port.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, however one of them is private, so you would share a bathroom with a roommate. The kitchen comes with a fridge, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and more cupboards than you will know what to do with. A Laundry room is also included in the apartment, it has a washer and dryer, so you will not have to worry about that.

We are also renting a carport, which is rotated between roommates every month. Parking in the apartment lot is non assigned

All utilities are included in the rent except electricity, so total cost of living would be $412 + electricity. The largest bill we have gotten was ~$75 so split that 3 way.

I am actually looking to sell the bed, so if you have any interest in getting that along with the room let me know, Queen sized frame and mattress has only been used for a year and a half.
