Room for Rent in SW Boise

I have a room I am looking to rent. it is Approximately 10.5' x 12.5' in size. There is an bathroom that is Private to you 49 weeks a year. It will need to be shared about 3 weeks a year when my Teen kids are visiting.

I work from home and have no pets. I am a fun light hearted individual and am looking for a roommate that values the peace that comes with a drama free style.

I am looking for someone that works 40 hours a week outside of the home or goes to school.

The house is big, with a large kitchen and family room you are welcome to share and use.

Occasionally guests are welcome. I usually host game nights and backyard BBQs on average once every month or 2.

If you are looking for a furnished room, I am open to discussing that option.
