You'll have a private bedroom looking onto the back yard. Bedroom dimensions: 11' × 12' (not including closet space- lots of shelving!) Your private bathroom is just outside your room.

Rent includes a large loft 22' x 10' over the garage that can become your own private retreat. So half of the entire home is basically yours. The home is in the beautiful Boise Millcreek neighborhood, located off Overland, near Five Mile. 

Looking for an August 1st move in date with a 1-year lease preferred. Rent: $1,000 per month plus 1/2 the utilities. No pets.

Additional storage is offered plus garage parking! Full use of all common areas including the washer and dryer.

I am a 38-year-old single woman with two dogs and a stable professional career. Looking for someone reliable, responsible and honest who appreciates a quiet atmosphere. No drugs. No smoking. Must be willing to complete a background check. Must love dogs as I have a German Shepherd and a Bassett hound.
