Furnished Bedroom for Rent in Spacious House

I live in a 4-bedroom house with my son and daughter. We have 2 unoccupied bedrooms for rent. I occupy the primary bedroom and use the primary bathroom exclusively. You and another roommate would share other 2nd floor bathroom. Gas, water, trash, and internet are included in the rental. Single female preferred. We are a reasonable commute to all of the local colleges and shopping. Our property is close to Costco, Winco, and the Eagle Island State Park. We eat dinner at home most nights and go out to the library and dinner occasionally.
