Room w/private bathroom & 2 closets

looking for a responsible female roommate to take over a year lease in a 3-bedroom, 4-bath townhome, with 2 other females (18 & 23) a shih tzu and 3 cats, I would prefer no additional pets but we can discuss it. Applicant needs to make $2,000 a month and will need to apply directly through the leasing office. I will also need a $350 security deposit to be returned after 6 months of responsible bill paying. Monthly rent is $750 plus utilities to be split 3 ways each month, based on usage, $70-$100 each. Upstairs room, with 2 closets and a private bathroom. Room available April 1st.
