Room For Rent

I am looking for a female roommate. Includes a shared bathroom, a parking spot and access to a washer and dryer. I am 26 years old with 3 kids. I would prefer a female with a kid granted I have 3 kids of my own but if you don’t have kids that’s okay too. I live in a brand new Town hose located in Down Town Meridian. Close to freeway access and there is an elementary school 2 minutes away from the house that my son goes to. The roommate I have now is financially irresponsible and she creates more stress on me given she isnt always able to pay her part of rent.
