Brand new 5 bedroom home in the heart of Meridian

The area is a new build area in the heart of Meridian, it's a large home with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. Currently, it is myself and my roommate that live in the home. It's a quiet safe neighborhood. Area behind the north of the home is a farm area. I am currently attending college and my roommate is a full time employee. The home is furnished, the bedroom to rent is not. The room being rented out has its own bathroom. We are not partiers and looking for a non smoker, clean, reliable, trustworthy roommate.
