Bedroom w/ private bathroom and walk-in closet

Looking for a responsible female roommate to take over a year lease in a 3-bed, 4-bath townhome, with 2 other females, a small dog and 3 cats. I would prefer no additional pets but we can discuss it. It’s an Upstairs room, with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. rent is $750 plus utilities split 3 ways is $70-$100 a month each.
