Furnished patio, fire pit, and vegetable garden are all available in a fenced back yard. Rental bedrooms and shared bathroom are in a separate hallway from the homeowner for added privacy. The bedroom has a digital security lock, new bedding, a Smart TV, desk, side table and lamps. The room also includes a walk-in closet with two windows overlooking the front yard.
Please, note that we have 2 small dogs, so tenant must be okay with having pups around.
$930 for one person; $1030 for two people.
