Bedroom in 2-bed Off-Campus Housing Unit

Hi, I am trying to relet my lease at the Vista East in downtown Boise. My mom recently was diagnosed with cancer, and I just won't be able to afford to continue living here. I would be willing to pay half of first months rent.

This apartment complex is a short walk to BSU and is a student community. I currently live in the 4-bed unit at the Vista West right down the block, which is their first location. The lease is for a private bedroom and bathroom in a 2-bed unit. Your lease would be specifically for your room, so you are not responsible for your roommate. There is a roommate matching program or you can have a friend rent the other room.

The apartment is fully furnished with a full bed, dresser, desk, and chair for the bedroom, and a couch, table and chairs, and entertainment tables for the living room and kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in unit. The bathrooms come with a shower. The bedroom also has a large walk-in closet. The Vista is also pet friendly. I also have a parking pass that will come with the lease for parking in the garage. It is $120 and is optional. All utilities are covered and there is a small fee for electricity each month. Renters insurance is required but they have their own renters insurance that you can use.

I really need to relet this soon, and the sooner it is rented, you'll have better options for a compatible roommate or having your friend join you. Please feel free to reach out.
