Roommate need to take over lease

Hello! I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease per a family emergency, it runs till June of next year, can be renewed or not. No deposit required, I’m leaving mine for you. It’s available asap, I paid June so you can move in now and not have to pay rent right away. Your share of rent is 960, this includes water, trash, sewage, internet, washer and dryer. Power is the only separate bill but my share has been 45 ish. Pet friendly, complex comes with a pool, gym, park, dog park, and a basketball court. Parking is onsite and free. If you want a garage it’s 60 extra. I can help with first months rent as well if needed. I’ll be paying the utilities that come out next month as well so you won’t be paying those till august. Female or male is fine, bad credit ok. Located boise, 9 minutes from downtown.
