Single Room in 3 bed house in Caldwell

Hello everyone. I just purchased this house and am looking for a roommate to help out with the mortgage. Would greatly appreciate someone looking for long term, but not a requirement. Right off the freeway, cheap gas practically next door. The Room: 8.5x11.5. Brand new Carpet, sliding mirror closet, 2 windows. Has heat. will need AC for summer which I will provide. The House: Brand new carpet throughout, bathroom floors, and toilets. Plenty of space for you. Living Room: Nice fireplace with big open room. I have my computer with my VR setup in there currently. Will be looking for a smaller desk to help keep it out of the way. Dining/Kitchen: Open Dining area, no table as of now. Big Kitchen, Plenty of storage space. 1 Fridge, I don’t normally keep a lot of food in so should be more than sufficient for 2. Electric Stove. Gas Grill located outside. Laundry: In between garage and kitchen, have both Washer and Dryer. 3rd bed/Gym: Spare bedroom has my workout equipment in there. Nothing special, but treadmill and bench set. Feel free to use. Parking: I don’t like parking inside that much, so you have the option of the garage, driveway, or in the street. Animals: No Cats. Medium or bigger size dogs will be welcomed, but will have to get along with my dog. Rent: 850 +water & electric. I provide the others.
