Beautiful home on on huge property with gardens fire pit and gorgeous yard with mature trees that make this Oasis feel like you're at at the park covered back patio is perfect for bird watching reading a book or just enjoying the fresh air the lake is a stone throw away and a mini market is just down the road both neighbor and Caldwell are just down the road and a freeway is right down hwy 55 to shopping dining and more. Drive time is about 10-15 min to the freeway. I have three rooms for rent two downstairs with nice big bathroom right across the hall. one upstairs and one bathroom that is shared amongst the three rooms. The two rooms downstairs for rent do need to be furnished by the tenants one does have a closet the other one does not. The rooms for rent $800, and $750 . There is a deposit for $350 for unfurnished, or 400 for furnished bedrooms is required initially to secure the room the room rent is due the day of move in and due monthly on that date. Washer and dryer are provided and tenant does supply their own laundry supplies. provide your own food and dishes are stocked all dishes are to remain upstairs and are to be washed and put away in their places after use. downstairs bathroom is not a kitchen. The food that you bring in that is either stocked in the freezer of the fridge or the pantry needs to be marked with your name or kept in tenants fridge. This would be great for a mellow individual, as there isn't any partying drinking or drugs allowed. There are different schedules here so we ask that you be respectful of the noise level. Also there are several dogs that live here, so if you are not a dog lover this might not be the best fit. The landlord also lives here.
Requirements are:
1) 6- 12 months employment verification.
2) no drugs/ no drinking / no partying
3) no felonies within 3-5 years
4) no sex crimes period
5) own transportation
