I have two unfurnished rooms I'm looking to rent out. Larger one is 12x23 room and has no AC but you can bring your own unit. The smaller room is 9x13. Females preferred but that can be reconsidered if the right fit. Utilities and wifi included in rent. Available now for move in. No pets.
Bathroom may be shared depending on whether both rooms get rented. Kitchen and laundry would be shared. Street and driveway parking available.
The house is in a quiet area off of Midland.
I am currently the only person in the home along with my 4 small pets and I work from home full time. I’m looking for someone who is good about respecting house rules and is quiet.
