Master bed+bath near downtown

We have a private master bed+bathroom available just blocks from NIC and downtown cda. The home is a 3 bedroom duplex, the bedrooms are all upstairs and we share a living room, kitchen, and laundry room downstairs. You’ll be living with two girls in their early twenties, Aleea and Angelina, and a very friendly pitbull named Louie. The room comes with a mini fridge and toaster oven if you want it! We ask for first, last, and security which is $400, but it’s not required all at once if you’re unable. (The whole downstairs in furnished, just not your room)
