Room with private bath

This room is in a sunny 3 bed/2bath apartment, here are the deets:

-Albany park steps from the brown line and several major bus lines
-the elevator opens up right into the apartment 😱😱😱
-in unit laundry
-there is an unoccupied 3rd bedroom that is currently a gym/office (I plan to put a guest bed in there at some point!)
-No pets allowed (there is a 1 cat limit and we’ve already hit it! No dogs allowed at all)
-I do have the common area furnished I just like the pics from the listing, the orange wall in the pic is actually a dusty blue now (you can see it behind Dove!)
- I have a very friendly floof named Dove who will want to be your friend
-I’m generally pretty clean but not a Monica
-Having a 3 bed/2bath shared by only 2 people kinda hits the space between having roommates and living alone. It’s nice if you like your own space but also want to be more social without leaving your house ☺️
-TONS of natural light! I’ve noticed my mental health improve a TON! What seasonal affective disorder?
-Almost forgot there’s a balcony in front! I moved in in the fall so I haven’t really used it yet!
-I work a hybrid schedule and go into the office mondays and Wednesdays, as an opera singer I will sometimes practice and have voice lessons in my room but of course only during reasonable hours
Lastly, Albany park is such a hidden gem and I notice in all the roommate groups on FB people want to live in the super cool trendy neighborhoods like Lincoln park and lake view, but y’all—that is so basic. Albany Park is the most diverse neighborhood not only in Chicago but in the entire country. You know what that means? AUTHENTIC FOOD out the wazoo. Plus you can walk to North Park so if you’re doing grad school there it’s super convenient.
