Month to month. Large clean private room (170 sq feet) plus a two door closet, furnished or unfurnished, shared bath, prefer non-smoking male, no pets. Access to complete kitchen with three full refrigerator/freezers, cupboard space, oven, 2 microwaves, pots, pans, plates & utensils.. Family room, finished basement/game room with pool table, card table, fooseball, air hockey and darts plus lots of sports paraphernalia. Use of Infrared outdoor gas grill. Close to shopping, main roads & train. Driveway parking.
