Beautiful bungalow

I live in the Avalon Park neighborhood. It's very quiet and across the street from the park and park district. My house is close to a cafe/event space/ food incubator called The Woodlawn(about 4 or 5 blocks). There is also a Metra train stop(83rd street stop) about two blocks away. There's a 22min drive to Downtown Chicago.

The rent for the room($700) includes internet, utilities, a furnished living space, and a bi-weekly professional cleaning service. I do have a 6 year old French Bulldog, but she will not be in your way and does not need to be cared for by anyone other than myself.

The room has a queen sized bed w/a decent sized closet. While the bedroom is private, the bathroom is shared with other roommate. The common spaces on the main level of the house(Kitchen, Living room, dining room) and the laundry room are all shared. The outdoor space is open for use as well. There is also free parking on the street.
