Flexible Sublease!

Hi! I?ve lived in this beautiful townhome for about two years. My father is very sick in Ohio and unfortunately it?s just too much to keep Chicago in the picture for me right now. I?m leaving a beautiful and big apartment with two amazing roommates. One works full time, the other is in grad school. Very much looking for someone who can be a friend, not just a roommate. My room has a shared bathroom. Full sized kitchen, bar, private rooftop, two balconies, washer and drying in unit, parking is included in rent. Street parking is free too, which is great for friends visiting. Location is right off the highway and down the street from the blue line. Utilities usually add up to about $80 each. We have a working fireplace. Three main grocery stores in walking distance. I was a student at DePaul, about a 15 minute commute to Lincoln Park. The apartment and the girls are absolutely amazing, this is why I renewed and am so sad to leave it. Let me know if interested! Due to my situation I?m very flexible with move in date. Also have the option to rent it furnished as well:)
