Great Chicago apartment with amenities

Looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in my apartment. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom so that's shared. In unit washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. It's a ground floor (not a garden) so no stairs which is a plus! Because it's first floor it also has a security system and a nice patio right outside the front door! The apartment is completely furnished and the bedroom for rent can be too! It's a typical Chicago bedroom - roughly 9x9 with two windows and hardwood floors. The biggest bonus is a huge closet that spans the whole side of the room so lots of closet space. The apartment has a small dining room as well. I'm an artist so there is great artwork and a cozy ambiance to the space.
