REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 months lease
Provide ss for background and credit check
Provide proof of income (last 3 pay stubs)
We require that applicants have a monthly income that is at least 3x the monthly rent amount
If you are a student you will need a guarantor (usually a parent) to co-sign the lease
Provide 2 references (if you rented before one of them needs to be from your landlord)
1 month security deposit
Deposit is refunded upon inspection on move-out day
No guests or additional persons are allowed to stay at the property without my prior authorization, this rule is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone involved
