Suite in Lower Level with Private Entrance

We are looking for a quiet tenant for our suite in the lower level. It is lightly furnished with a bed, dresser, small table and chairs and kitchenette area with a microwave, small fridge and coffee/tea station.

There are two toddlers who run around upstairs and use the common area just outside of the suite door.

You will have your own private entrance (walking through the common area once inside) and your own private bathroom. Laundry is just outside of the suite in the common area.

Cozy and hospitable in our private studio. Bridgeport is located a short 15-minute drive from the Loop, in close proximity to major interstates, making it an easy drive to Midway Airport. This suite is convenient to McCormick Place, UIC and Chinatown. There are coffee shops, restaurants and sandwich shops within easy walking distance (1-4 blocks).
