Room available in Noble Square/west town Chicago

Hey! We're looking for an awesome woman, late 20-late 30s to be our third roommate for a 1 year lease starting January 1st! We're open to becoming friends, and hanging out occasionally but no pressure. We're two women. I work as an artist, and teacher assistant. Kristina is also in education, working with little ones at a preschool. Day to day we just do our things. But are friendly and care about eachother a lot. Noble square is a great neighborhood, quieter, friendly, laid back. We have some great neighbors. Are located right by a park and only a 5-10min walk to the Chicago, or Division blue line stops.
Our apartment is a cozy neat little 3 bedroom with enough space we won't trip over each other. 1 bath. Full kitchen. Dining room and living room. Coin laundry in basement. Wood floors and great natural light throughout.
I have two cats. And they are awesome, but kinda the max for animals we can comfortablely have here.
.We are looking for someone who will connect well, independent, likes having a good time, interested in sharing the occassional meal or drink, tidy, communicative,
no drama, no fuss, easy to live with.

We share cleaning responsibilities, doing things as we see they need done. Toilet paper, dish soap, etc are all communally used and we share costs for those things.

Utilities and bills are split three ways.

Street parking. Bikes can be stored in basement, or a wall mount in our second floor apartment.
