Hi, Im looking for some new roommates in my gorgeous, centrally-located apartment! Im a (25 year old, female) career bartender at a successful restaurant in the loop. I work a day shift, so no worries about conflicting schedules!

Both rooms are available ASAP and need move-in by March 1st. ROOMS WILL NOT COME FURNISHED - but! you could buy the furniture if we agree on a price. The smaller room is pictured with a queen bed in it (for size), and accounts for the smallest portion of rent. The other room available is the largest room in the apartment, boasting two closets and a nice view. You will be sharing the larger bathroom with one other person. All furniture in main room is mine (minus the foosball table, sadly) and WILL be staying. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! Lease is until October 31st with option to renew!!!

There are a washer and dryer on each floor that are operated by an easy-to-use app. All garbage is taken care of by the building by way of a trash room on each floor. The floor we are on is high up, noise has never been a problem. Temperature is controlled via thermostat, the unit has central heating and cooling. Water pressure is amazing.

About the building: the Pittsfield building may be on the older side, but the location and price of this apartment can not be beat. The lobby, which has beautiful ceiling details, is home to Toni Patisserie and the Pittsfield Cafe. There is 24/7 security, a locked room for package deliveries, and our (also 24/7) front desk staff is friendly and efficient.

About you: my ideal roommate/flatmate is someone who is fairly tidy and likes to communicate! Living with people isnt always smooth sailing, but I believe that any and all problems can be worked through or even prevented with direct, open and honest communication. I am extremely easygoing and outgoing, so I get along with most people. MEETING YOU BEFOREHAND IS A MUST, and I want you to be able to get along with the other person moving in too. Im open to living with both guys and girls, ideal age range between 21 and 35 (a MATURE 21).
