Large room for rent

I am looking for a clean friendly roommate. The room is large and has its own closet. The bathroom is right next to the room, which will be solely for the renter. We will share kitchen, living room, dining room, porch, basement, and backyard. Washer and dryer. I have a Labrador retriever. She is friendly. Most of the time she?s in the basement, porch or outside. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm. The park and baseball field are at walking distance. It is by Ogden Ave.
