I have a furnished spare bedroom that im looking to rent in a 2 bedroom one bathroom condo with All stainless steel, hardwood flooring all furnished in a non elevator 3rd floor building just one block from pink line train station!, 15 min drive to the loop,15 min drive to midway. All stores and restaurants walking distance.

Im a Hispanic gay male on my 30's, fulltime job employed who enjoy outdoors, the city and also spending time at home love to cook and keeping the place clean, I also have a little kitten.
Im looking for responsable, respectful full-time employed(no working from home) male who can clean after himself.
