Currently looking for someone to assume my lease. The lease started April 1st and I am looking for someone to take the lease as soon as possible. They would be entitled to the security deposit at the end of the lease term which is March 31st, 2020. I am also willing to pay part of the application and admin fee. It is located right in the middle of Downtown Des Plaines, right by the train station and right across from a grocery store that is walking distance. The cost of utilities averages usually from $40 to $200 depending on usage.
