The house was built in the sixties. Hardwood floors. 1200 square feet. Washer and Dryer. Water pressure is good.

Street parking. Plenty of room for storage in the basement.

Unfurnished room, $860 / month. First month, last month, security deposit required to move in which would be $860 x 3 = $2,580. Must pass background, credit, and eviction check. House is single family ranch with tankless water heater. Air conditioned and heated all year.

If I think you are the best fit then there is a background, credit, and eviction check that will be conducted. The fee is $40.

You will get a chance to see the house before you pay the $40 fee for the credit report, criminal report, and eviction report. We use TransUnion SmartMove.

Arrest, especially for marijuana are fine. No evictions in the last 10 years. No bankruptcy. Need at least average credit.

If you pass it, then you get the room to rent at that point.
