Artist seeking chill roomie

Hey y’all. Freshly renovated and artfully curated 1300 sq ft home in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The bedroom is 150 square feet and has 4 newly installed windows.
I do a thorough cleaning of the house weekly and a deep cleaning monthly.

Vaulted ceilings throughout home, huge open kitchen, large yoga/workout room in the back of the house. Perfect deck, a grill, and well maintained garden in the backyard. Garage parking available. Additionally there is a washer and dryer in the basement.

The neighborhood is nestled between 2 huge nature preserves butted up against Cumberland and the home is a two minute walk to a multitude of bars and restaurants.
If you’re looking for a laid back, clean roomie hmu. I don’t tend to have guests over, so I’m looking for someone who also protects their energy and keep their home to themselves.
Smoking is cool outside.
Wi-Fi included and other utilities can be negotiated depending on length of lease.
