Furnished and Stylish Private Room in Edgewater

Large furnished bedroom with brand new queen size Casper bed, modern decor, walk-in closet and writing desk. The apartment is located on the top of a 3rd floor walk-up, so you'll never hear footsteps above you and there are beautifully high ceilings (in the living room the ceiling is vaulted). All the conveniences you could want are in unit: dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave and my myriad of cooking tools/appliances. The bathroom is spacious and clean as is the unit on whole. It's a great layout for sharing because the bedrooms don't share a wall. The location is phenomenal! 5 minute walk to Bryn Mawr Red Line Station and Jewel Grocery Store. 7 minute walk to Berwyn Red Line Station. 10 minute walk to Andersonville (where there are tons of amazing restaurants and shops), Foster Beach and Lake Shore Drive express bus (147). Rent includes all utilities: Wireless Internet, Heating/Cooling, Electricity.

The ideal roommate views the apartment as I do, a sanctuary from the outside world. This is the place I come to relax and I would hope my roommate can too. I'm not into big parties at home, but I do enjoy relaxing in front of the TV with a glass of wine and I don't mind listing to someone vent about their day before I slog off to bed.

I'm super clean so you should be someone who picks up after themselves and you must love dogs because my dog is the 3rd roommate.

What a roommate should expect from me is someone who works Monday - Friday (2 days at home) 8 am - 5:30 pm. I'm on the fence between extrovert and introvert, which means I'm happy alone and happy with company.
