Gas, Electric, Internet, Water, tandem parking space included.
Shared common spaces (kitchen, etc.).
Free laundry in the basement.

THE APARTMENT/THE AREA:
Non-smoking building.
1 block from the lake - Edgewater/Loyola area.
3 bedroom/2 bath apartment, 1st floor walk-up, gated front/back yard.
Granville Red Line, bus routes, easy access to Lake Shore Drive.

ABOUT ME: Roommate leaving.
Self-employed/work from home.
Mature, kind, emotionally intelligent, trustworthy, love to laugh, socially conscious.
Organized, clean, keep the apartment feeling harmonious and peaceful. Sanctuary.
Committed to personal growth/won't tolerate drama.

MUST LOVE DOGS:
4 dogs on this property (mine, landlords, other tenants).
They are all friendly/well-mannered but have quirks.
WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANOTHER CANINE (sorry!).

12-month lease. $1360 per month.
