Double Room in 2 bed apartment in Evanston

I am looking for a roommate for a one year lease starting on July 1st, 2023 with the possibility of moving in one month early (anytime in June). The apartment is at the corner of Maple Ave. and Dempster St. in Evanston with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is spacious with large living room and dining room areas as well as onsite laundry, bike storage, and an exercise room. I also have a cat who is hypoallergenic.

The apartment is walking distance from Trader Joe's, Jewel, and Whole Foods, and two blocks away from the Dempster purple line station and 201 bus stop.
