Fall Sublet Studio Apartment Sept - Dec

Hi, I am looking for a sublet from 1st Sept til 31st Dec as I will be leaving this country by the end of August.

The unit is located on Main Street, Evanston, two train stops away from Evanston downtown. It is partly furnished with a refrigerator, stove and oven, and a dishwasher. Mattress and frames are not included but I can leave my air mattress for temporary use if needed.
Common laundry room on the other side of the building, and machines are operated with both coins and app. Water and heat are included, however, internet, electricity and stove gas are on the tenant's own cost.

Rent is $1075 per month and will be paid online with a small service fee.
