My home is on a dead-end street and you have use of a great yard.

Never is smoking allowed inside any area of my home. I have a yard for any type of smoking needs. No drunks, No drugs, and No loud music. You must be clean in all regards. The rental is for you only and no overnight guests. Be sure to understand you must provide your own food. I am not a babysitter, clean your own mess.
