Downtown Chicago Room (above Redline)

Hi! My name is Megan and I am a professional in the adult beverage industry that lives and works downtown. I am looking for someone to sublet the other room in my apartment for the remainder of my lease (April 1st).

I am a outgoing person with a positive attitude (not in the annoying way - in the not much bothers me type of way) that likes to meet new people as well as host/ have friends over. I am the type that is always playing music/having the TV on etc.

While I do that have the tendency to be not so quiet most the time - I am responsible, respectful, and pick up after myself. I will always respect your wishes. I will never intrude on your space or take anything that is not mine.

Ideally id like to live with someone someone who also somewhat outgoing and has their own social life & friends but who I can hang out/cook dinner with from time to time while at home and maybe do stuff on the weekends.

More Details:
The roommate that is currently working on moving out and has most of the furniture but im working on getting more and you will be in charge of furnishing your own room ( but that can be negotiated based on circumstance like I can help you find a bed or what not) . There is one bathroom, a living room, den and kitchen that are all considered social spaces.
