Room for rent in townhouse

I'm looking for a tenant that will rent my one room in my townhouse. I have cable, internet, washer and dryer in unit, a driveway for parking, dishwasher, outdoor grill. There is 1.5 baths, so the main bathroom will be shared. I work alot, so i need a responsible/respectful tenant. I have a cat, so if thats a problem, I apologize. I definitely dont want a loud, messy, irresponsible, immature, disrespectful tenant. Pay rent on time, respect my house, clean up after yourself. You can contact me if you are interested. Thanks
