Looking for roommate! Rent is $950/ month. The room I?m offering is the smaller of two rooms so rent would be $450/ month + electric each month. The landlord pays water and I pay the gas so electric would fall on you. Internet we would split. Cats are welcome and the landlord will say no dogs. LGBTQ friendly. Street parking only and no washer/ dryer on premises. There are 3 laundromats in a 2 block radius of apartment though! Close to buses/ grocery stores.
