Looking for a female roommate to join my lease in this spacious 2-bedroom apartment just south of Logan Square and west of Wicker Park/Bucktown, one half block from Humboldt Park. I’ve lived here for three years but my roommate just moved so I am looking for someone to take her place ASAP.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-unit brownstone less than a block from the stunning Humboldt Park. The apartment features an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and large windows, a large but cozy living room with big bay windows, a spacious back porch, and the company of a sweet kitten (must be cat friendly!). The available bedroom is large with a window and spacious closet. Your portion of the rent would be $675 per month. Private parking in the back available for an additional $50 per month. Utilities are shared and this is a sublease.
