Location: 53rd/Drexel, Hyde Park.

The apartment has a bathroom, kitchen, large bedroom, open living-dining space, and plenty of storage space. Ideal for a single person or a couple. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. It?s located at 53rd/Drexel, a handy 10-minute walk from the stores and restaurants of 53rd and 55th street, a 15-minute walk from UChicago campus, and a 15-minute walk from the CTA Green Line. It's also on the North UChicago Shuttle route.

-the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there?s no elevator unfortunately.
-I?m ideally looking for someone to ?re-let? the apartment to. This means you would take over the lease and have the option of renewing for 2020-2021 (or leaving in May 2020 if you?d prefer). I'm also happy to do a more traditional sublet (i. e. the lease is still in my name but you pay me rent).
-heat and water are included in the rent; internet, electricity and gas are not included.
