Located in the heart of Hyde Park next to Uchicago campus

Its a quiet area with lots of storage space, a backyard, street parking, cheap utilities and internet. Rent ranges between 450-700 a month depending on how many people are living there. Total rent is 1400. The current roommate is relaxed and self contained. Clean and laid back roommate preferred.

No preference on race, sexuality, or gender.

Smoking is fine but it needs to be outside. Rooms can fit a queen sized bed, a desk, and bookcase with no problem. With a spacious closet.

If you're looking for convenient, fast housing then you can pay for monthly upfront, otherwise the application process is about 2 weeks with a $50 background check.

Utilities/Wifi are an extra $100
