Hi! We have a great 2nd floor room that comfortably fits a queen size bed (with frame), dresser, nightstands, and/or desk - two small-ish closets. Private, detached full bath with tub/shower combo.
Current tenants are two women who work in social services (Early Intervention caseworkers), late 20?s, flexible schedules who sometimes work from home. Laid back, enjoy sitting on the front porch with a drink, walking around the neighborhood, or checking out local Chicago bars.
House is located just blocks from Irving Park blue line as well as the expressway, parks, and Starbucks.
No pets currently, but open to animals.
Common areas (kitchen, dining, living room, front/back yards, office/bonus room) all furnished and open to shared use. Unfinished basement has plenty of room for storage, including shelving.
