Replacement Roommate Needed For June1

i have to end my lease early so i will be moving out by june 1. I need someone who can take over the remaining 2 months (June & July) of my lease and then (if you want) renew on Aug 1, 2019 to Aug 1, 2020. i currently have 2 roommates, we're all women in our 20s, 2 students and 1 professional. the apartment has hardwoord floors, central air, dishwasher, washer/dryer (in basement), its right next to the Brown line and is about a 35 min train ride to the loop. We spilt utilities and it ranges from $40 - $60 per person per month. i am moving to nyc and cannot take my furniture with me, will be selling as a set or individually it includes a queen bed with frame and mattress, a desk, a dresser, and a night table.
