We are looking for a young professional to occupy our vacant room. The apartment is a two story, top floor place with four bedrooms, 1-full bath and 2-3/4 baths. We have central AC/Heat, in-unit washer and dryer, full kitchen, a shared living room and a deck facing an inner courtyard. The building has a garage but the cost of parking is not included in rent. There is no security deposit but the management company will require a $200 move-in fee. The room that is available is large enough to fit a queen bed and bedroom set. Closet is small but it has ample space for hangers and other storage. The full bath will be available for your sole use however it is the shared bathroom when guests are over as it is next to living room and kitchen.
