One bedroom (master 18x12) with en-suite bathroom, two large closets, parking available for additional rent, in-unit washer and dryer, apartment furnished, bedroom not furnished. There is a private balcony off of the master bedroom. Current renters are in law school and would like someone cleanly and respectful. Willing to do either a weekly or monthly rental for the bedroom. All utilities are included. Lease ends August 31, 2019.
