Parking spot is included with the unit, no additional parking fees.
This unit is located down the road from the Red Line Sheridan stop, if you must commute.
This unit does come with rooftop access.
There is 1 cat currently living here (My cat).
The room available will have its own attached private restroom.

Utilities: (Separate) Usually around $100 - Monthly
Internet: $30 - Monthly
Washer & Dryer: In unit
I work fully remote for my work. And Anna is hybrid (commutes 2 days a week).
