- Hardwood floors, great natural light, courtyard seating area
- Bike storage shed (secured)
- Super close to groceries, Lakefront with super easy downtown commute - 135, 146, 151 buses and Belmont CTA stop are nearby
- Apartment furnished, room is not
- $800/mo + security deposit (utilities last month were ~$56), heat included in rent, pay for cooking gas
- Lease ends March 2020

Us:
2 IT professionals looking for a 3rd roommate who is LGBTQ and friendly. We are tidy, minimalist and keep floors, common and surface areas clean. Chores are currently split up among us. We both like to cook, are mindful about cleaning up after ourselves and respectful of other people and their belongings.

Him: 25 year old male engineer, great communicator, theater guy, Sagittarius
Her: 33 year old IS project manager, health conscious, knitter, probably hippie, Taurus

Work schedules are typically 8:30-5 during the week and I occasionally work remote. We do not bring the party home unless roommates are notified. We are mindful about noise but also enjoy having fun, having a few drinks, watching shows or doing yoga. We are open to solo or together time.

Looking for:
Sublet who pays rent/bills on time and contributes to any supplies needed (even split), is nearly religious about cleaning, kind, has a good energy, positive attitude, willing to communicate and are respectful of themselves and others. No smoking, no pets.
