Boystown room $1,000 with utilities included

Room and private full bathroom for rent starting April 1st, move in date can be flexible. I am a single 30 year old professional with a 6 year old rescue black lab border collie mix so dog friendly tenant is a must. My current roommate will be moving out sometime in mid to late March. Also, I don't currently have cable (just internet) so if you want to add it rent will be $1,050.

The unit is the second floor in a 3 flat building. We have a dishwasher and gas stove with laundry in the basement. There is a front and back building with a courtyard in between.. We also have a nice patio for the summer months facing the back and a smaller deck out front. There is a storage unit in the basement.

The location is right near Melrose and Halsted in the heart of Boystown. It's about two blocks from the Belmont train station.

The room will be unfurnished except I can keep the shelves up if you would like. We have a big living/dining room area and large kitchen. I took too many pictures of your room and bathroom to post those. I would like to meet for a quick coffee nearby then give you a tour of the place. Please contact me with any questions!
