Room for sublease in spacious apartment

Hello!
I'm looking for someone to sublease my room in a spacious Lakeview East apartment. Terms would be starting from Nov 1, 2020 - May 31, 2021. However, move-in date is flexible if you need October! The apartment is located right off Belmont Ave, just steps from the Belmont red/brown/purple line station. Great location and easy to get to the loop and around the city using public transportation.
About room: Full size bed fits comfortably and leaves room for additional furniture. Also has a very high and deep closet.
You will be joining two other young professionals. Both males in their mid 20's. Any and all are welcome in this apartment! One of the roommates has a 2 yr old Pomsky - so you must be dog friendly. Your share of rent would be $750/month and ComEd plus internet comes to about $40/month.
I'm also offering to pick up your application fee if applying and also will offer $500 off your first months rent when contract has been signed.
