Spacious Lakeview East apartment w/ deck

Hi everyone!!! My name is Sarah (23) and I’m looking for a she, gay, or they to move into my 2 bed/1 bath in lakeview East beginning on July first. The rent is $1400 + utilities. My roommate is moving, but I love the place too much to leave!!

The spacious apartment is between Belmont (red, brown, purple) and Southport (brown) stations - about a 10 min walk from each. It’s super close to wrigley and boystown bars. It’s a 25 min walk to Belmont harbor (my favorite part). The apartment has in-unit laundry, a large porch, and a bathtub with jets.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota in May 2023, and I LOVE living in Chicago. I work as a civil engineer, and sustainability is my passion. I’m always down for an adventure, and I enjoy museums, going out, thrifting, and biking. I’m obsessed with nature and my houseplants.

I’m looking for someone open-minded and friendly. It would be great to be close with my roommate, and I’d love to have wine nights, coffee dates, and crafting sessions. I’m at my boyfriend’s a couple nights per week, and I like having people over on weekends.
